Diverse Learning Environments

Infants

Our baby room is desgined to keep children safe as they are roaming around. We have a bright room with soft funishings, teasure baskets and heuristic play materials sutible for babies.

Each day feedback is give to parents verbally and in the form of a diary, keeping parents up to date on their child's day.

Nappies and forumla must be provided by the parents, staff will notify of any shortages.

Pre-school

Our pre-school room is a bright and colourful room with many learning areas. We have a Montessori shelf filled with activities for the children to choose in self- and adult-led activities. Our role-play area includes activities of everyday living such as washing up, sweeping/mopping up, fancy dress and table-setting.

We also have literacy and numeracy areas that include activities to aid children's reading, writing, problem solving and sequencing to name a few. This is all to help children prepare for school.
